Full circle facilitation, cultivating safety, and inclusive decision-making through creative lenses
Nebedzizt'ic Means Full Circle.
A circle is infinite - it exists and depends on each edge of it's shape to maintain continuity.
We need all voices and perspectives included in the ways we come together, heal, and think about decision-making for ourselves and communities.
Full circle means coming back together and starting anew. When we go through the full circle process and educational workshops, we begin to unpack where tension may lie, how to work through tough topics together, and to unlearn harmful practices that inhibit innovation and growth.
Committed to wiggus (respect) in how we relate to one another
As skiy ze (children of the chiefs), it is my duty to upload our ways of being and knowing for generations to come. A teaching I have carried with me is Wiggus. Respect.
Wiggus is taking care of ourselves, each other, and the land
Wiggus is to be generous
The land is a helper to the work we do.
The way we relate to one another; how we keep each other safe; how we learn and grow alongside each other, can really impact what our future looks like.
Passionate about Empowering the next generation to uphold good governance and relations

My values include empowering marginalized voices in decision-making and healing. I feel my life work is to make meaningful impact and big-systems change that reflect equitable representation. As someone who identifies with a variety of marginalized communities, it’s important to me that we empower many diverse identities.
Facilitation skills include:
-Inviting hard conversations around sexual wellness, gender equity, harm reduction, and healthy communication to communities of diverse open mindedness
I like to explore creative approaches to the work I do. I have a passion for videography, dance, drumming, singing, and cultural arts/crafts. I try to include new and innovative approaches to how I communicate with my communities. Film and videography are core to my artistic practice.
As a passionate Indigenous leader, I aim to carve pathways for Indigenous people to be decision-makers for our own pursuits of healing, healing, wellness, and unity . My extensive experience working alongside Indigenous and non-Indigenous community-based organizations has provided me the foundation to facilitate conversations that represent all voices, that support inclusive decision-making.
